Tomato and Tomatillo Salsa



Ingredients

5 firm plum tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c chopped tomatillos (you can substitute green tomatoes)
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2-3 T jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 T fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 T olive oil

Stir together and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
