My Story of When I Met Actor Scott Cohen

In February 2000, Scott Cohen appeared in 17 hours of TV.  He was starring in NYPD Blue, Perfect Murder, Perfect Town (the Jon Benet story) and, my absolute favorite and where I first discovered him - The 10th Kingdom!  As a result, he was dubbed "Mr. February".

Scott was recently interviewed on Profiles.  See it here on YouTube.

My story begins in October 2000.  NBC had been advertising a mini-series titled "The 10th Kingdom". I was very interested as I like fantasy-based stories, and it boasted a cast of characters like Camryn Manhein, Kimberly Williams, Ann-Margaret, Diane Weist, Ed O'Neill, and John Laroquette.  Unfortunately, I had plans to travel to Raleigh, NC at the time is was airing, so set up the VCR to record it.

Once back home, I put the VHS in and sat down to watch.  It was a slow start for me, so I got up and did some chores, but kept one eye on the TV.  I began noticing the reappearance of an actor playing the part of Wolf.  He appeared to be one of, if not the main characters in the series.  Now I'm very interested, and sat down to continue watching.

After the first couple hours (the mini series was 7 hours in total) I had to know who this actor was. I was not familiar with Scott Cohen so I Googled him.  I didn't get any hits returned that pointed to this actor.  After watching the remainder of the series, I went back and Googled him again and like magic, nearly 50 sites popped up including a link to 'The Wolfpack', his "unofficial" fan club.

Stay tuned, (a lot) more to come . . .
